A weekly review method for Philippines outsourcing teams
A short weekly review can connect output, quality, exceptions, capacity, and process changes without becoming a status meeting.
Bring five views: completed output, sampled quality, open exceptions, capacity constraints, and decisions needed from the owner.
Discuss trends before anecdotes. A single difficult ticket matters, but repeat categories and aging work usually point to the next process change.
Assign every decision an owner and due date. If no decision is needed, keep the item in the queue rather than using meeting time to restate it.
Close by recording what changed in the role brief, checklist, access, or escalation matrix. The review should improve next week's work.
Method note: the review structure is a practical recommendation for managed support teams and should be tested against the company's own quality data.
