Philippines staffing research
What a reliable Philippines operations handoff should contain
A handoff works when another person can see status, evidence, next action, and owner decision without reconstructing the story.
A daily handoff should name completed work, open items, blocked items, due dates, and the next owner. Avoid status words without evidence such as done, waiting, or handled.
For each exception, record the customer or work reference, the current state, the evidence checked, the proposed next step, and the decision still required.
Use one shared queue and one definition for priority. If urgent work can enter through several inboxes, the team will lose the audit trail.
A reviewer should sample the handoff, not rewrite it. The goal is to make gaps visible while preserving ownership with the person who did the work.
Method note: the workflow emphasis follows SBA guidance on defining duties and managing employees at https://www.sba.gov/business-guide/manage-your-business/hire-manage-employees.
