Philippines staffing research
Invoice-field error sampling for offshore accounts-payable support
A reproducible method for checking field accuracy without treating a small sample as proof of payment control.
Question and scope
Which required invoice fields disagree with approved source documents before payment release? The unit is one invoice record; the study does not test purchase legitimacy or interpret contract terms.
How the study was structured
Freeze the eligible period and fields, then draw a reproducible random or stratified sample. Compare identifiers, dates, currency, amounts, purchase references, tax fields, and approval route; independently repeat a subset.
Measures and analysis
Report records with discrepancies and field-level counts separately. Classify missing, mismatched, stale, duplicate, and unsupported values without hiding corrected errors.
What this evidence cannot establish
The sample estimates error only within the declared population and method. It cannot prove who caused a discrepancy, that payment was wrong, or that the rate persists after process change.
How to use the result
Results may support a narrower checklist, a clearer owner route, or additional sampling. A Philippines specialist may gather and classify evidence under approved instructions. Managers retain policy, staffing, financial, privacy, security, and exception decisions.
What this evidence cannot establish
Conflicting sources, undocumented corrections, reviewer disagreement, and small strata can make rates unstable.
