Describe the smallest repeatable sequence with field names, examples, and the record that proves completion. Keep explanations beside the step they clarify.
Make exceptions visible
Add a clear stop condition and escalation owner for money, access, legal, privacy, or policy issues. An instruction is safer when it says where its authority ends.
