Define readiness

List the approved process, source records, required fields, owner decisions, access needs, and completion evidence before work begins. Readiness is more than a meeting or a new folder.

Pilot the narrow lane

Use a small set of low-risk examples and review the output against the instruction. Record questions and exceptions while the process owner can still change the design.

Accept the handoff

Confirm who owns the queue, what remains with the manager, where guidance lives, and when the first review occurs. Do not expand volume until the basic evidence is dependable.
